The deposit amount for the Premium Protection is a modest fee of DKK 3.000, enough to cover potential surcharges such as toll roads & fuel charges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Damages that are not covered by any insurance or protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

Damage caused by driving on rough roads to the vehicle’s transmission, drive, other parts that are in or attached to the chassis; damage to the chassis resulting from scraping the bottom on rough roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damages caused by driving in or across rivers or any kind of waterways. Such driving is totally the responsibility of the renter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damages to the rented vehicle caused by driving rental cars on roads or tracks with no road number and\/or off-road driving, for example, on paths and tracks, on beaches, or in other trackless areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage done by animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towing cost and vehicle replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage to suspension and batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glass & Tyre damages are only covered if the Glass & Tyre protection is selected prior to rental start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holes burned into seats, carpets, or mats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage resulting from the driver being under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or sedatives, or in any other way incapable of driving the vehicle in a safe manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theft or damage as a result of the authorized driver\u2019s\/renter’s lack of reasonable care in protecting the rental vehicle (for example, leaving the keys inside the vehicle, or leaving the vehicle running and unattended).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Charges that are not covered by any insurance or protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Charges applied when incorrect fuel has been added to the rented vehicles fuel tank, workshop hours and any damages to the vehicle\u2019s mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towing cost and vehicle replacement related to breakdown or damage which is the driver’s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towing cost and\/or vehicle replacement if the renter\/driver of the car runs out of fuel or electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fees and service charges resulting from the renter\u2019s use of the car, such as parking charges and road-tolls as well as parking fines and fines resulting from violating traffic laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fees and replacement cost for lost car keys and extra equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning fee for smoking inside the vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning fee if a vehicle is returned excessively dirty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
