Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14.00 PM. Please let reception know if you will arrive later than 20.00 PM. Call +298 500600 or send an email to hotel@62n.fo. Check-out at 11.00 AM.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is served every day from 07.00 to 10.00 AM.

No smoking policy
All rooms and in-door facilities at 62°N Hotel City Center are non-smoking areas. You are however free to go outside to smoke. The guest in charge of the room must guarantee this not to be violated. Violation is charged DKK 5.000,- to cover extraordinary cleaning. 
The same applies to e-cigarettes.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Guide dogs are welcome.

Beverages
Please note that it is forbidden to take your own beverages into 62°N Hotel City Center. It is possible to buy beverages in the reception or in the cafe Karet. 

Terms of payment
When booking rooms or extra services online the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Please note the restrictive terms for 'non-refundable' reservations in §2.
A valid credit card number and exp. date is needed for authorisation, to cover for possible extras during the stay.
Credit card will be authorized when bookings are made and charged when guests check in.

Terms of cancellation
If you cancel your reservation no later than 14.00 PM (local Faroese time) the day prior to arrival the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 14.00 PM the day prior to arrival, 62°N Hotel City Center charges the first night as well as the optional extra booked services.
No show will be charged a fee, equal to the first night as well as the optional extra booked services.
Cancellation needs to be in writing to 62°N Hotel City Center, hotel@62n.fo

Force majeure
If your stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disaster, strikes, war, riots, pandemics, epidemics or similiar), 62°N Hotel City Center cannot be held liable for lost or cancelled bookings.

Terms of cancellation and payment for group bookings
Group bookings are: 8 rooms or more, arriving / departing at the same time.
First payment: In order to guarantee a reservation, we charge 10% of the total booking value. First payment is non-refundable.
Second payment: 25% of the total value is due 90 days prior to arrival. Second payment is non-refundable.
Final payment and name + rooming list: 45 days prior to arrival. Final payment is non-refundable.
